About Re:born Baptist Church¶
Our story¶
Re:born Baptist Church gathers in Singapore as a Bible-believing, Christ-centred community. We hold to historic Christian faith and Baptist distinctives, with a heart for authentic fellowship, clear biblical teaching, and outreach to our city.
From our beginnings, we have held fast to the conviction that every person is valued by God and welcomed into His family — regardless of background, age, or life situation. Today, we continue to grow as a community where lives are transformed by God's love and His Word.

Our beliefs¶
We are a Baptist church rooted in historic Christian orthodoxy. Our beliefs shape who we are and how we worship, serve, and live together.
Core doctrines¶

| The Trinity | One God, three Persons: Father, Son (Jesus Christ), and Holy Spirit. |
| Salvation by grace | We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. |
| Believer's baptism | Baptism by immersion is for those who have trusted in Christ — an outward expression of an inward faith. |
| The church | The Church is the body of Christ, called to worship, fellowship, evangelism, and disciple-making. |
| Eternal life | Jesus will return, the dead will be raised, and there will be eternal life with God. |
Baptist distinctives¶
- Soul competency — Every person has direct access to God through Christ.
- Priesthood of believers — All believers are ministers, equipped for service.
- Local church autonomy — Each church is self-governing under Christ's headship.
- Two ordinances — Believer's baptism and the Lord's Supper (communion).
